The consulting and advisory services of CHIP Training & Consulting provides client-specific advisory and consultancy services in areas like strategic visioning, strategic programme planning, development of business plans and general facilitation. The advisory service strives to identify the root causes of the emergent needs and issues of the client. This helps in analyzing the specific needs of the client to facilitate effective service delivery efficiently fitting in to the organizational context and its policy framework.
